A Robot can change It's Shape

Mili-Motein a robot created by MIT that can change it's share.

We've seen in Movies, Robots can change their shape/Size automatic. Recently Scientists of Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) made tiny Robot that can change it's shape. This robot can automatically change it's shape & can take different shapes. Because of the tiny size Researchers named it as Mili-Motein."It's effectively a one-dimensional robot that can be made in a continuous strip, without conventionally moving parts, and then folded into arbitrary shapes" said one of the researchers, Neil Gershenfeld, head of MIT's Center for Bits and Atoms.
The Researchers hope, complex works can be done easily by using this types of Robot.


Part-funded by the US Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, the research was presented at the 2012 Intelligent Robots and Systems conference.
Researchers are said its just a sample. They will continue their research.
